I have been practicing hand dovetailing, so I made another thing. A humidor. I have no idea how much time I have in this but it was fun to build. It is made of quartersawn sycamore, purple heart, cherry, and Spanish cedar.

Well how unique … I don’t know a lot about humidors, so let me ask, How do you adjust the humidity?
Back in the 40’s my dad used to put a slice of apple in his pipe tobacco, I used a tight sealing jar (when I used to smoke) with a little meter in it.
Looks like your getting the dovetails down pretty well. This piece gave you lots of practice.

Great job of hiding access to the humidor. Love it!

Outstanding project, box inside a box, drawers, hidden closures …. what more could you want in a project?
