My wife does not like to have the kitchen counter cluttered so that means the heavy Kitchen Aid mixer had to be carried in and out of the pantry for each use. While browsing my woodworker magazines I saw Chris Marshalls plan in the Oct. 2012 issue of Woodworker’s Journal.
It is cherry with a maple butcher block top. I now have to wait for all the cherry to darken to the same color level. I finished it in wipe on polly, the top is done with walnut oil. The wooden castors are lovely and make it glide across the floor
-- I leave behind little bits of beauty to compensate for for my impact on this world.
