Hand crafted from solid Red Oak. The panels are hammered copper panels onto a MDF mould,, then tiger torched with sulphur for speeding the oxidation. Chiseled with a gouge, the accent tops and sides provide a little visual, but pleasant distraction, solid raised panels, with the actual top panel of mantle, being hammered copper, same as above with the obsolete Canadian penny as a detail.
