This morning, in the brittle cold wind and wisps of snow I took a walk around my garden (I have no idea why, I must have been crazy. My goodness it was cold out there)... anyway, by the new “bonfire breakfast” area, where I had a display of cornstalks and pumpkins I saw that the fairies had shown up!
Yes, there attached to one of the pumpkins was a new fairy door. Now, these fairies have either brought along deceased family members or they have a sense of humour and have added their own display for hallowe’en. I’m not sure if you can see them well in the picture but we have some gravestones behind a fence that they have made out of a scavenged strawberry box. Those sneaky little fairies.
I’m sure if the wind hadn’t been blowing so hard I would have heard them chuckling – or saying “boo” in their little fairy voices.

You seem to have the most mischievous fairies I have heard of. They are also extremely creative.

The wee folks must really like you since they keep poppin’ wherever you go. There’s a lot of creativity and simple whimsy there. Gotta love it.

If you find them, tell them to go south for the winter.

LOL! Debbie, again you’ve made my day! Can’t wait to show this one to my wife. She loves them (I do too!) and she has even started to make her own… well, actually, WE have started to make her own. :) They’re great fun! Thanks!
