I was not planning on doing this but when my current lathe table cracked and started shaking it caused me to fling a nice Purple Heart vase. I had enough. This table might be over kill but what I saw and researched my table was not heavy enough any way. I am not complete finished and should be in one more day. Will post some more updated photos when I am finished.

Yea, I don’t think it’s going anywhere. That should last a lifetime. With the legs angled out you will see a big difference in stability. Good work.

That would also make a heck of a butcher block in someone’s kitchen! You might be able to market that and sell enough of them so that your lathe bench winds up costing you nothing.

Looks solid and steardy. Good job.

Yeah, I don’t think that’s moving anywhere soon. Both my lathes are on wheels, cuz they have to move every time I use them.
