I cut this on my CNC machine from a free .dxf file I got from Techno CNC. FREE, No Charge! You can get the .dxf file of this project by contacting:
Tim OConnor @ toconnor@technocnc.com or 1-631-648-7481 and he will happily send you the file for this project. You are not obligated to buy anything..

The material is .25 sintra or plywood and the Spider stands about 8” tall but can be scaled as needed. It is about 19” around. This is a fun puzzle to assemble as I do not have the parts numbered but neither did the experts that put together the real ones. Just go by the picture.. Sliding the parts together might take a few tries but they do fit..

That is a nice scroll saw project,the download didn’t work for me though.

You will need a CAD program to open it Ken,
There are a bunch of free CAD programs online.


That is a nice scroll saw project,the download didn t work for me though.

That’s really creepy. You did amazing. I wish I could do some CNC work in the future.
