This is one out of a set of four. These are slightly smaller than the original truck I made. I am trying to figure out the best way to cut all the small detail parts. I have been using the BS to cut most of them but that required a lot of extra sanding. I have used the SS as well but many of the pieces are just slightly too big for the SS. Any input to better my process would be much appreciated!

Nice looking truck. Are you saying the pieces you are cutting are to thick to be cut on the SS? Perhaps a different blade on your bandsaw. I use the bandsaw allot and by using a good blade I don’t need much sanding

All part of it, small parts need small tools for the most part. Nice job.
