I made 8 fan blades out of cedar there 3/16 in thick. I made 2 at a time had them together so they would be even theyare balanced fans dont shake at all . Thought id see what u all thought

That’s a great idea. I’m tired of the store bought composite ones going droopy a year or two in high humidity.

Very nice, and aromatic too I’d suspect!
Did you brace them span-wise somehow? I bet if you glued some 3mm carbon fiber rods, or imbedded them into the cedar, they would never droop.
