My very first rocking made around 9 years ago for a little girl who was born with Downs syndrome. He is made from recycled Mahogany on a stand made from an old Ash door frame, I left the rebates for the lock and latch escutcheon visible on the underside of the base of the stand. The second photo is unusual as it shows me with hair and the horse with none!

Awesome…! Did you cut your hair so you could glue it on the horse?

Absolutely Beautiful. What a gift … to the girl and your carving ability.

If this was the first, how good the last one looks! It’s incredible alive.
