Deep Spoon?

About 12 inches long, walnut spoon/ladle. This is my first attempt at a spoon. My second was a ladle where the bowl was at an almost 40 degree angle to the shaft. I learned a painful lesson about invisible high rpm hazards on that one. No pictures of that. Once it stopped bouncing off the walls I just kicked it to the corner and there is still lies. Anyway, this was fun to make. Turned between centers and then made a jig to hold the bowl. Finished with walnut oil.

That is a nice looking spoon. I am planning on starting another one tonight myself. They are fun to make.
