That’s nice craftsmanship, but it sure is ugly (Go IRISH!).

This is an excellent first try with a symbol that you are planning to scrap….I know some woodworkers take the time to make a mock up – Can’t wait to see your finished version with the interlocked ND on it, because the craftsmanship is beautiful :-)

(seriously very nice though)

It doesn’t take long for the college rivalry to set in around here. Yes, jshroyer, you are right, after last weekend’s game between Michigan and Michigan State. Michigan football is just not doing so well this year.
Back to the cutting board. Is that all end grain pieces? It must take quite awhile to measure and cut those pieces to size and fit them together. Thanks for the tip for making blue wood, Purple Heart and oil. I will use that in some of my projects. Good job on the board, and I like the design, no matter what anybody else says.

Go BLUE!!! When Les Miles or John Harbaugh is our coach next year, we have to improve (only one way to go)!!

Needless to say, I love the cutting board!!
