This is my latest piece I some how came up with. It is a fiberglassed denim shirt and blue jeans set on a antique timber frame log cut into an ” L ” shape. I then attached and 1/8 plate steel with a patina on it and glued a 3/4 thick piece of Jatoba with chamfered edges , stained dark . For the finishing touches and balance I used mitsumoto trees and painted them with gold gesso the same as the shirt. I then entered this piece into the Texas Furniture makers show into the art style and called it ” Let Go” . All This and Heaven too.
