I did not know what I would end up with when I started this project. I find little designs in a magazine, print them, add a few other things, print enough to glue one on each piece of wood to cut out with the scroll saw. Keep adding things and when I get through spraying it I am done. I find if no one knows what it is then they can’t say you done it wrong…

” one knows what it is…”

Obviously it is a work of art! If anyone asks just say it is “ornamental woodworking”. If they persist say “it is a dream catcher” (you dreamed up the idea and this was your way of catching the idea).

If you really want to give it a function – drill a hole in the bottom and add a small light – I bet it would make a fantastic nightlight.

Great job, thanks for sharing.

Great piece of Art.
Thank you for sharing.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.

I know what it it! It’s a fun thing. Something nice to look at and a great conversation piece. It reminds me of a king’s crown.

Very nice. I wonder if it would have been easier to make the long wavy parts thin and then bent them into shape. I don’t see much wood bending on Lumberjocks.
