solid mahogany top is quarter sawn mahogany , allot of nights and weekends spent building and practicing different parts for it. learned a few things building it and most of all momma’s happy with the product I’ve been promisng her this table for about 5 years now and its done ! allot of patternt routing to get it complete and thank god for youtube and all of those folks out there youtubeing it up showing us rookies how it’s done ! finished with like 5 coats of danish oil and then anothwr 5 or so coats of arm-r-seal.

Oh I am colonel, each and every day I took a picture with my 6 year old sitting on it so she can show her kids when it’s in her living room ! Well we didn’t used to use coasters ….. now we do ! Ha ha ha
