Nice work, over sized bottle openers are hard to misplace.

Might need to put the Giants Logo on those after the WS is over. :)

I support this and all things Royal’s related! Gives me a good idea as I’m just starting lathe work myself!

Great looking self defense/bottle openers. Where did you get the hardware?

I watch Rockler’s website and a couple time a year they put these pewter openers on sale. They are normally $8.99 and I think I usually get them for $4.99 and I just buy a whole bunch. I found a seller on ebay for the wine stoppers and they are $2.50/each (seller is rizay). The stoppers don’t come with a threaded insert so I buy those separately. I will make a bunch of blanks first and epoxy in the threaded insert (both openers and stoppers). I’ve found that the blank will be much more secure on the mandrel than just having it screwed into a hole drilled into the wood. Adds a tiny expense and some prep time but makes the turning much more secure. Grainger sells the threaded inserts for $0.70 or so each if you buy in a little bulk.

Yea that last Inning was a Nail Biter wasen’t it. There is always next year for KC , I grew up in Southern Illinois so I was a Cards fan for years , still am kind of when I watch Baseball. But Footbal and NASCAR are top on my list for now , never did care for Basketball except when our HS Team went to Sate a couple of years in a row.

I just looked at your Shop photos and man I would Kill right now to have half of it. All I have right now is a covered carport that I have to haul my tools out to and then back into the Apt when I am done. But on a windy day the Dust Collection works Great.
