Competition Target Board

Been wanting to surprise a shooting friend of mine with a competition target board for him and his daughter to enjoy and compete with one another. What was holding me back was a consistent source of cardboard that either he or I could get on a regular basis. We both work at the same place and we receive many boxes of a product that has this cardboard packing piece inside that is 8 1/4” x 10 1/2” so this is how I determined the dimensions of the target board. Now he can stock up on these backing boards for the targets. The 4×4 legs are slotted in with one bolt on each side to be able to remove if necessary for transportation & storing purposes. Made from all scrap and I got him 75 – 8” Glow Shot splatter targets that fit great from Amazon for $30.

Good looking target stand—I’m sure your friend and his daughter will appreciate and enjoy your work.

Nice job. Finding a steady source of cardboard is always the trick.
I noticed that my stand was in your favorites.
