hi it has bean a while since i posted any thing so thought i would post this chest board and peace’s that i made for a client that wanted one it was fun and took a lot of time and was good therapy ///////

Good to see you back Branch, hey that is really some great work, good therapy and hopefully good dollars from the client. I reckon he would be very pleased. Well done and thanks for sharing.

It’s a great chest set. All that work shows many hours of enjoyment. The drawers are a nice addition.

Excellent job, Branch! I’m guessing the board itself is maple & walnut, and framed w/ oak; correct? What woods did you use for the pieces?

hi thanks for all your comments the are very nice it took around 56 hours to make turned most of the pieces carved the ones that would not work on the lath don’t play chest so it was no problem handing it over to the client// the euro i got for making it got me a lot of very nice wood to play with //the wood i used was mahnogh tiger wood the pieces are beach and mahnogh
