This is a fun and easy scroll saw pattern set that I created for the Halloween season.

The large pillar candle holder is made from 1/4” birch plywood and slotted to fit together to form the bat-shaped base. I then scrolled the ‘rail’ around the candle table out of 1/8” plywood in cute moon, star and bats to enhance the design. (While the base is very sturdy, I recommend using only battery operated candles.)

I also made complimentary tea light candle holders out of smaller bats, as well as some spooky place card holders. I found some cute Halloween stamps that I could print out myself on Etsy. There are loads of darling digital paper patterns you can purchase from there!

All in all – I think it makes a wonderful table display or vignette. They would look great at a Halloween party table or a fireplace mantle or just about anywhere.

I painted the pieces solid black (you could also spray paint them) and then I used DecoArt Glamour Dust Glitter Paint on the front and back sides of the pieces to give them extra sparkle. They sure were fun to make.

Thank you for looking!

Thank you so much Roger. I wish it photographed a little better. It is so hard to take pictures of black items, but it is all sparkly and cool looking in person.

I am glad you like it! :)
