I think all my tools ought to have their own box if they are not easily kept on open shelf or inside drawers. It is easier to organise those boxes than to organise tools loosely. And clamping square is ne of them. So I came up with this clamping square box made from pallet board. At least I have reason to make boxes for practising woodworking.
Joinery : box joint
joinery cutting method : by router table/box joint jig
sealant : shellac (thin layer)
top coat : lacquer (single layer by brush)

Hello Mike, Dick & Barb Cain and PineMan.
Thank you for your kind words.
Mike – I’ve been searching the picture of the “box joint jig on router table” taken prior to this post, but could not find it. I shall post it as another project soon.
Thanks

Thank you Mike.
Yes I wish I could do box joint on table saw, but my bench top TS does not permit it. The arbor is too short to accomodate dado cutter set. It’s hard to find 30mm bore dado cutter in my case.
