Scratch-built this wooden motorcycle rocker for my Grandson a couple of years ago. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but wasn’t done until the following summer. Had to build a crate and ship it almost coast-to-coast. In the end I had enough money invested that I could have bought him a good used working motorcycle, but his first reaction when the crate was opened made it all worth it. There are now two Grandson’s, and they are not gently little boys. Even with rough use, it still looks almost as good as new to this day. Had an offer from the Harley dealer to sell them in their store. If I had to fabricate these for a profit I would have to build (10) at a time, and that takes a lot of space, which I don’t have at this time. Maybe when I am ready to retire…
p.s. more pics to be posted later

That is so nice.
I’ve built three rocking horses and really enjoyed the builds.
Your bike rocker would be so much fun to make being a rider for over 50 years.
Again great job!
