These cutting boards are approximately 12” x 16” x 5/8” and are made of Peruvian Walnut, Cherry, and Purpleheart. I treated this board with 7 – 8 coats of General Finishes Salad Bowl Finishing Mix (2 parts Salad Bowl Mix/1 part Mineral Spirits) and sanded in between coats with #0000 steel wool.

It is a bit of work but it’s not complicated like some of the stuff Degoose does, etc… Actually, if you wanna check out some bad-ass stuff, take a look at this:
