Hi Dick and Barb, that had to be your granddaughters day. I did that for my granddaughter only I was the show and tell, it seems that the teacher was an ex Army Colonel, and I was asked to talk about my military career, 2 yrs. drafted. So I lied and sounded as gung ho as I could and told all the kids a big lie about the Vietnam war, but that I was proud that I served and did my duty when called. The kids had lots of questions, the colonel (retired) was impressed and I learned a lesson about doing things I was’nt prepared to do and the world went on.
