I am busy with my router table and I needed some knobs for the fence clamps. I used a compass to draw the template (photo 6). I also used some of the T-nuts which Jim was kind enough to send me. (I have difficulty obtaining them in SA) The bolt in the knob is for clamping and will be removed later

I needed a small drum sander to sand the inside curves. I used my hole saw to make a small drum (photo 3) and I used a 6mm bolt for the axle. I used contact adhesive to attach the sandpaper and chucked it in my drill press.

Took me about 10 min to make the drum sander.

Glad to see those T-nuts being put to good use! The wooden knobs look very professional.
