This one is tops Peter, great wood and you have certainly done it justice. I always wonder why great projects like these don’t get a “daily top 3” when some ordinary one do. Just my thinking.

Wow Peter that is really nice. I have gotten the bowl making down pretty good on the RM, and now I start on the vases…but I sure have a long way to get to your level…thanks for sharing

That is a beauty, and it certainly doesn’t have that traditional Ringmaster look. The grain patterns make it jump out at you I’ll have to agree with Bob Collins, definitely top material——- ?Now if you laid a 2”X4” next to it, would that improve it’s chances?? Just couldn’t resist throwing that in there, sometimes the Devil works overtime at my house. Hope that my buddy Tony is reading this.

Peter, This is a really beautiful Caribbean rosewood ringmaster turning. I love the wood tone and the grain pattern. Even the photography deserves some notice. The piece pops right out at you like it’s 3-D. Excellent work! Well done!

I know there is a “Daily Top 3” badge out there just waiting for a project that deserves it. Well if this don’t get it maybe they ran out of them. If they did run out they should take back the “daily top 3” badge on that hunk old 2 X 4 that was posted a while ago and put it here on this project, this one deserves it.

I don’t have a lathe so I need to look into that Ringmaster thingy as this piece is absolutely beautiful!

Congrats. Peter, a well deserved “daily top 3”. Good to see others agree with me about what is awarded the badge of encouragement. Could someone now explain how it can be the “Daily top 3” when some days at least 10 or more badges are handed out on that date.

Congratulations on this beautiful project. This is the first time I saw a Ringmaster. I did some research in connection with the machine and was impressed with its operation.
