Nice! gotta love that walnut! Nick, how do you account for expansion in the top. Any issues so far with the frame miters breaking apart? Just curious because I’ve tried to push the known boundaries of wood expansion and had successes and miserable failures. Keep up the good work!

Great job on the mitered corners, those type of cuts keep me awake at night!

It looks like someone who isn’t a novice completed it. Great work!

So far i haven’t had any problem with the expansion . I used biscuits on all sides including the mitered corners. The legs are made of veneered plywood. I used the veneer since it comes out darker and i liked the darker effect, i think it helps to high light the top of the tables. By the way walnut is my favorit so far. Still need to experiment with other woods.
