Project Information

I haven't posted in a while…life has been getting in the way.
Submitted for your approval are…

Handshake…A very simple intarsia made with Cedar and Poplar…about 10" long

Fretwork horse…I saw this pattern, and knew that I had to cut it for a good friend that loves horses.
I stack cut a piece of 1/4" MDF and 1/2" baltic birch. I made an oak frame and painted a backer board, and mounted the MDF horse. The frame has Padauk splines in the corners, but you can't see that detail.

Alphabet…This was a tough project…Making all those cuts with no room for mistakes. I stack cut 2 pieces of 1/2" baltic birch. Both pieces have a 1/4" MDF backer.

Kokopeli…I really like Kokopelli, and have scrolled a lot of different patterns of him. This is my favorite, as it has 7 different stances. I stack cut two 1/2" pieces of BB. It was also a tough cut, but I enjoyed it.

I hope you all enjoy these as much as I did cutting them.
Thanks for looking.

That is some great scrolling. I'm also a Kokopeli fan. Mind letting me know where you got that pattern? I like him so much, I have him for a sound hole cover on a cigar box ukulele I built, he is playing a ukulele.
