Several years ago I had some scrap oak given to me and I almost used it for fire wood but then I had a thought, This box is the results of a thought. It is lined with green velvet and a green silk cover.

Very nice. Really like the velvet and silk combination. Is that what’s on the outside panel too?

The addition of the metal corners sure brings this box together very nice!
