Hi guys here is the desk I just finish for my wife, it measure 52” long x 24” deep x 30 1/2” high, the main woods are cherry and maple, the inlay is wenge and the marquetry are bubinga, mahogany and poplar, I finished with two coats of Danish oil, four coats of minwax polyurethane and wax. Next project is a bed for my son.

Wow! You inspire me. As an FYI, I suffered a major stroke in April and I cannot work in the shop. I spend a lot of time thinking about the projects I hope to do someday.

beautiful work. the desk itself looks great and well constructed. The marquetry and inlay takes it to another level.
