A little Turning

Project by teenagewoodworker posted 402 days ago 432 views 0 times favorited 10 comments Add to Favorites Watch

Here’s just a little turning i did about a month ago. i made it out of a small log of osage orange that i got from my neighbor. turned it on a jet mini lathe, and finished it with a coat of danish oil and two coats of amr-r-seal. overall i think it came out good. it has some interesting grain too as you can see in the first picture. overall it was a pretty fun turning and came out alright. have a nice weekend everyone!

Great Dennis. Doesn’t look like it will hold water though.

The bark pocket gives it some nice character.
