End grain boards made of maple and walnut. I had the thought after an endgrain board I made randomly resembled a piano keyboard. When I searched around, I found some beautiful boards posted by JL7. Thanks to him for sending me his dimensions, made this way easier.

Each octave is about 6” square. the boards are 1.25” thick.

Maple and walnut, finished with salad bowl finish. Thanks for looking.

I would like to get a copy of the dimensions you used to make these cutting boards. I tried to contact LJ7, but I have not received a reply yet. Both of you made outstanding cutting boards and I want to give it a try. My daughter, daughter-in-law play the piano. I am a church organist. I have an assistant organist. I would like to give all of them a similar cutting board for Christmas. Your dimensions for cutting would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Have your say...
