There have been several posts on LJs for this Kerfmaker thing. I researched it and found several different versions. I wanted one that could adjust for different saw kerfs so this is what I built. I am also showing my first test cut with just a standard thin kerf table saw blade. It worked perfectly. I have never had such good dado results from my table saw.
For the Kerfmaker I used blue T-track, maple, a couple of T nuts that I ground down to fit in the T track, and a couple of 1/4-20 brass thumbscrews.

I believe this now qualifies me for membership into the secret brotherhood of Kerfmaker owners.

very interesting, will have to do further looking too. would be a handy device.
