I was asked to create a rustic live edge plaque for the local Episcopal Church that featured a picture of the church. I came up with this plaque on Beetle Kill Pine, I gave the plaque a few coats of natural finish, engraved the lettering on my CNC machine, and color filled them using a contrasting stain.

The church I printed as a reverse image on the laser printer then I used an Artists Acrylic Medium (matte gel) to transfer the picture from the paper into the wood.
