The kids have been getting older and moving out. I converted one of the rooms to an office and needed a desk. I saw what I thought was a cool trestle table the Wood Whisperer made. I thought if I changed the dimensions it would be a nice desk. So Thanks to Marc’s design I made a desk. This is my first attempt at any furniture making at all. It is a learning curve and I have a long way to go. It is made out of African mahogany.

Great looking trestle desk! I saw Marc’s video a few months ago and really enjoyed it. It’s nice to see that you’ve decided to make a desk from the video!
