I was super excited to finally make a piece of furniture for my wife. She got me a Kreg jig a year and a half ago but due to busy school and work and not really having something to build, I hadn’t used it yet. This was a request from Wifey and I was more than happy to build it. I already had the glued and sanded top sitting out in my shop waiting to be utilized. All the wood used was scrap or left-overs. As you can see, it isn’t finished yet. I was in a hurry to do that by last weekend because I started my semester last week at CSU (Go Rams!) and now I don’t have all that much time. But I am excited about the Forestry classes I’m taking! In one of the labs, we will be studying wood. Does it get better than that?? Nay. So, anyway, my wife has yet to choose what to finish it with. Guh.
We’ll see what transpires.
