Swing Set Frame

This is a swing frame I made a few months ago. All half lap joinery with a red oak dowel. I used a circular saw to make multiple cuts through the joint area. I then chiseled out the joint. I made it for my in laws. I think they need a bigger swing.

The first pic makes it look like the beam is bent. It is not. This is some barrel distortion from the camera.

That is one seriously well built ‘A’ frame – nice joinery.

Bet that frame would not move even if they had the swing going sideways. Well built, will last forever and a day.
