Standard Treadle Table with Cedar Top

Restored from scrap condition treadle sewing machine base. Rust stripped via electrolysis and sandblasting. New oak “tie rod?” constructed since original was missing. Painted and primed with quality enamel. Gold lettering reapplied. Treadle works without a squeak with the occasional drop of oil in the oil holes. Cedar top with satin poly finish.

Thanks Rick. Yep, it’s a new one. The other was a Singer. I’m not sure if this actually a “Standard” brand or a model…Either way, it’s different.
