This is a loft bed with a playhouse theme. Not only is it a place to sleep, but a place to play, to pretend, and to use your imagination! It is one that I have built regularly, but this one is special. This loft bed had a little bit of style added. A starched fabric was adhered to the panels for a more exciting look. Little extras added by the customer, such as window boxes and wall decor, help create the overall mood of the room.

This loft features a twin-size bed on top, but how does he princess reach her palace? By climbing up to her tower of course! Extra high side rails are provided to ensure safety during sleep and play.

Now that you’re up there, you must get down. A slide is provided for those quick escapes out of dream land.

For an additional adventure, the bed features a generous play area under the bed. To maximize space, a bookcase is under the slide, accessible from inside the play area.

my daughters would love that bed… I don’t think there is enough room to get two in their bedroom though!

Awesome design. I love the slide and the playhouse under the bed. I’ll have to hide these pictures from my daughter or I’d be exiled to the shop until it was built.

Very cool. I need a slide like that to get out of bed in the morning!

Did you see thewoodennewfie’s castle that was just posted

That is a great design too. Keeps the castle theme, but doesn’t take up as much room.

My kids would kill for one of these! I love the design and all of the work you and your customer put into this bed.

Hi Chris

Great looking piece as always. This one made it to my favorites. Grandma is and artist, so we might have to team up on this one. Thanks for posting.

God Bless Tom

Our girls love this play house…it’s not even their bed. The slide is so fast and fun and they just love to have a spot of tea inside. THANK YOU!!!

I’ve been looking for a bed to build my daughter and I came across this. It looks like a blast to build and I’m inspired to try. I think what I’m going to do is move the tower to the middle, widen the bed about a foot and build the tower more under the bed itself and attempt to make a Rapunzel tower. Would it be rude to ask about some dimensions you used?

I’d also really like to watch the video you have linked above but it looks like it’s no there anymore.
