This table top is an old wooden pulley that used to hang at the top of a barn ceiling to lift heavy bails of hay high up into the loft to be stored dry. We refinished the top, stained it, and added a glass top.

Very cool, I still remember playing up in the hayloft of my grandpa’s barn, we used to swing out the hay window by the hay hook on the pulley riding an I-beam track, then the other one would reel the person in.

That’s a very cool memory! That’s why we love finding this kind of stuff.

Thank you! Our client has their own base – I believe it’s metal. When it’s delivered and assembled we’ll add a photo of the finished product! We’re looking forward to seeing what they have I mind.
