Each year members of the North County Woodworker’s Club (in San Diego) make keepsake boxes given to children of the Marines at Camp Pendleton as Secret Santa Gifts. I got an early start on my group of boxes made from mahogany. The boxes are approximately 7” x 5” x 2”.

Holy $^%&!# is that 30 boxes? You must be able to put them together blindfolded at this point. Great cause.

Roger, I used a sled to cut 45s on the 3/8” thick sides. I then clamped the sides together using clamps made using 4 L shaped blocks at the ends, connected by threaded bar stock and wing nuts.
