This was intended as a filler project. Something simple to do if I got stuck or frustrated on a more difficult task.

It is made of spray painted ping pong balls. The plan was to have thirteen stripes, and make the width and blue field proportional to the height. Well that was going to be pretty big. My wife wouldn’t be too happy with a 40” flag filling up one of our walls. So I downsized it. Painted the pine frame and backer board black. Glued the balls in with silicone. My wife helped with the gluing. Now she is more amendable to hanging this smaller flag on the wall.
