Repurposed Hybrid Woodworkers bench

This is my Hybrid woodworkers bench. It is repurposed from a previous bench that had a machinest vise, and an angle iron edge rail for metal work and building. Decided to go for a Wabi Sabi approach after seeing some really great benches on LJ’s. Did a blog on this bench. Used a Jorgenson woodworkers vise and reused my not to good Harbor Freight vise for now.

Randy,

I do have that ash bench parts sitting and waiting. My wife wants end tables for the Bed room. I’ve got them in my head. Just being responsible about getting the major maintenance done. I did make a wooden awning for my shop window AC unit. It’s just not boxes or furniture?

Thanks!

Peter,

It’s got some weight to it. Had to have my wife assist when I turned it over off the saw horses. LOL!
