Spring Project

I know it’s Fall, But I’m still thinking spring. My wife Beth and I wanted a fire pit, So we did 1 better. Removed a 12” x 12” Concrete tile patio and built a deck for a guy. Salvaged the tile for this project, about 300 40 sq. ft.. Visited and lumber for a few 12’ trusses on clearance, Bought 4×6 and 2×6 PTL lumber, Visited a scrap yard and found 12” x 4’ radius 1/4” steel, welded together welded braces and added stone to the the fire ring 12” seat area. Had some IPE lumber left over from a few tables I make a few years ago, so I made the bar table. Visited a building salvage center found a 1 1/2” Granite top 24” x 72” for 35.00 had small chip on corner. Added electric. Makes a great outdoor party center, we can’t seem to stay away from. Added a nice Stainless steel Grill I bought at Sam’s club on half price clearance. So for 800.00 total we built this Patio/Party center. My Wife Beth is getting pretty handy with the shop tools. Be sure to check out her first project I’ll post later this week. I think she think she has watched and helped two much, It’s getting harder to get free time in my safe haven. SHE”S GOT THE FEVER!
