Well after haveing to align my blade with mitre slot on my old table saw for the third time I decided it was time to upgrade to a cabinet saw. Started looking and found a used one on kijiji for a really good price. And it had never been used since being purchased (everything still in original boxes and unopened).

Of course I have to make a new outfeed table for it since old one mitre slots didn’t line up. I wanted this one to be fully adjustable so I could dial in the height and alignment with the table saw perfectly. So I put adjustable feet on it and 3 adjusting rods under the table. Adjust the nuts and lock them. It worked perfect. The alignment rods are just 1/4” threaded rod and are just threaded directly into the outfeed table.

Had to make insert plate also as previous owner lost the old one. Since he never used the saw in 14 years there was no insert plate to be found and I am not one to pay for a new one.

Congrats on the new saw. Good job on the outfeed & zero clearance plate. Clearly, the saw has found a good home!

I am jealous. I could really use an outfeed table like yours. In, fact I could use a table saw like yours!

Just do not have the room unfortunately. Some day.

Your table saw is now configured to do some serious woodworking. Great job.
