Planter bench

Hi, I would like to show you another completed project. Planter bench made from spruce wood. Flower pots are made from approx 0,8” x 4” boards, bench is from 1” x 4”. Joined by screws, somewhere glue. Bench is not laquered, because i don´t know what type of stain potential buyer choose.

Nice work. I especially like that you splined the rim of the planters. How did you join the bench to the planter box?

danr78 – I haven´t biscuit joiner, so i had to use table saw for stronger joints on rims. :) But it is nicer :)
In this time bench isn´t joined to planters, because i haven´t big storage, but it will be joined by 5 screws on side…
