A simple “Glue-Up” on this project, held together with Titebond Original. The nerve biting part is roughing out, as there is a lot o centrifugal force on a single central glue joint. This, along with having to drive the drive spur into one end and the live center into the other, could spell disaster…..luckily though, it stayed in one piece.

Turned out looking great. I always wear a face shield just in case.

Thanks Dave! I made sure my Roughing Gouge was razor sharp & took real light passes until it was round. Hollowing out was also a little nervous. I left the walls a little thicker than I usually would, just for the extra strength.
