This plaque that I made has a very special meaning to my fiancé and I. I made it for our pet cat named Wonder when he passed away almost 2 years ago. He was very special to us. To my fiancé he was even more special she rescued him when he was only a few weeks old when he was sick and no one else wanted him she fell in love with him the moment she saw him and knew she had to save him. Due to his sickness he became permanently blind in one eye! She nursed him back to health and was a part of the family. I made this plaque to hang over his grave site so we can see him and remember him every time we step into our backyard.

I drew this first free hand with no stencil, then I used my wood burning tool to trace the outline and fill in the middle . I cut out decorative edges on the corner and used my router to crate a design on the edge and I burned an outline in the groove it made.

If you can freehand lettering like that I think people would pay for it! Looks great!
