OK, this one is a little odd, but it was fun to carve. My wife got me a really nice flask a number of years ago, and I wanted to make a stand for it, and this is what I came up with. Its all Maple, and I carved it with a Moto-Tool. The brain falls out the back when you remove the flask…...maybe thats a little reminder to keep a handle on my scotch…..

-- Im so impressed with what people can do, and I wonder how they do it. Thats what keeps me doing it.

Perhaps that is not ethyl alcohol and the skull is a warning!

That is a neat idea, I could never do that … the brain falling out; isn’t that what happens when you use the flask too often?

You choice of wood was perfect for this, very well done!

very cool and unique piece. Never saw another like it.
Hey Bill Huffman
Was this all your idea or were you inspired by something similar. That brain-element falling out when the flask is removed … is a riot.

This is a wonderful piece and a real eye catcher. It displays some great craftsmanship.
