Cherry kitchen with 14’ ceilings. Notice the tall risers for the crown so that the customer could display her decorative plates. Top of crown is about 12’ up, used the tall ladder for this install. The tall door to the left of the fridge is actually a standard 30” walk through door into a closet style pantry. Granite tops, wine rack and open display shelves.

Excellent job! Nice touch with the rope under the crown. Man that’s a lot of work!

Nice kitchen. I have newfound respect for those that do kitchens after I did my own and just completing my mother-in.lawsi. It is a lot of work. I do woodworking primarily for the enjoyment of doing fine furniture. Decided to do my own as I wanted to incorporate greene and Greene design elements and that would be expensive through a contractor. Did my mother-in-laws out of necessity but at least it was more standard overlay doors. I don’t think I could do another. I enjoy routing a dove tailed drawer box as much as the next guy, but fifteen? One benefit is I became expert at using sketchUp.
