These two Adirondack chairs are based on a plan from popularmechanics.com and are made of larch. They both need their finish refreshed, but look very good at the lawn. The seating comfort is good with some seat pad behind one.

What exactly do you mean?
The chairs are some years old, and I remember some flaws in the plan. But show me a plan without ones. Also I took the comments of others into account (suppose they are removed from the site, but here is another page talking about this plan). I had issues with the back rails, but overall the plan was very clear and easy to understand.
The only thing that annoys me is the steep seating, but some pads or an ottoman will help.
