It always surprises me how well some of these wood combos work. I almost thought the frame was cherry until you said otherwise. It looks great though.
I’d be afraid to throw at this though. I wouldn’t want to hit the case by accident!

Great job!! Are those dry erase boards on the right door? Thanks for sharing.

Very nice job! Was this your own design or from a plan? I am in need of a dart cabinet myself as my wife purchased a very nice board for me last year and now sits in the corner.

Great work. You should top it off by turning your own darts. Most of the turning suppliers sell dart kits. I have been thinking about this myself because I have a board from a great old pub just outside Stratford in England from when I lived over the pond. Thanks for the inspiration!

Yes, sooner or later, someone is going to hit the cabinet….. that’s what they call character. I’ve played for years and this is one of the best looking cabinets i’ve seen. Good job.

Thanks for all the great feedback. Seems to ba a cool site. A little more on the cabinet; I found the basic plan on the web and just ran with it. I used box joints on the frame, mortise and tennon on the door, which is frame and panel. I covered the back with cork, and made the dart holder and dry erase pen holder out of maple. The handles are also maple. I finished it with many coats of tounge oil. No fastners except for screws on the back. And yes it was-is hard to throw dart at it. Thanks again for all the great feed back, it was a fun project have fun with it.
